Chinesization On The Wisconsin Stone Quality Of Life Questionnaire And Its Application Study

Objective:1.According to the procedure of “translation,back translation,cross-cultural debugging and pre-investigation”,the Chinese version of the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire was formed and tested its reliability and validity,in order to provide a specific questionnaire for clinical evaluation of the quality of life of patients with renal stones.2.Using the Chinese version of the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire survey the present situation of the recurrence of renal stones patients' quality of life,and explore the related factors influencing the recurrent renal stones patients' quality of life,in order to provide theoretical basis for the clinical nursing work and targeted nursing measures,and thus improve the recurrent renal stones patients' quality of life and improve patients experience.Method:This study mainly included two parts: the first part was the chinesization on the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire and its validity and reliability test;the second part was the study on status and factors related to quality of life in patients with recurrent renal stones by using the Chinese version of the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire.First part Chinesization on the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire and its validity and reliability test:1.The Chinese version of the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire was formed according to the procedure of “translation,back translation,cross-cultural debugging and pre-investigation”.2.323 patients with renal stones were recruited to test the Chinese version of the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire.Among them,the correlation analysis method and the critical ratio method were used in the project analysis;the content validity index was used to test its content validity;the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used for the structural validity;and the Spearman correlation coefficient was used as the criterion correlation validity test index;Cronbach's alpha coefficient of internal consistency was used as the reliability test index.Second part Study on status and factors related to quality of life in patients with recurrent renal stones:1.185 patients with recurrent renal stones were recruited by convenience sampling,using the general data questionnaire and the Chinese version of the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire as research tools.2.SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical description to describe the current situation of the quality of life of patients with recurrent renal stones,and statistical methods including univariate analysis,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the relevant factors influencing the quality of life of patients with recurrent renal stones.Result:First part Chinesization on the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire and its validity and reliability test:1.The completion time of the Chinese version of the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire was 5~15 min,with an average(6.29±1.21)min.The questionnaire contents of the patients feedback were clear and easy to understand.2.The scores of each item in the Chinese version of the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire were highly correlated with the total score and there were significant differences in the scores of each item in the high group and the low group;the item level content validity index(I-CVI)was between 0.80 and 1.00,which questionnaire level content validity index(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.91;seven common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis with a cumulative contribution of 76.72%.At the same time,the load of each item on the corresponding common factor was all more than 0.35.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 7-factor structure model fitted well;the Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.85;the total Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the Chinese version of the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire was 0.95.Second part Study on status and factors related to quality of life in patients with recurrent renal stones:1.The total score of quality of life in patients with recurrent renal stones was(67.34±10.79).Impact on vitality suffered the most and social impact the least.2.Univariate analysis showed that the total score of the Chinese version of the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire was statistically different in gender,smoking,drinking,recurrent times,presence of pain,presence of ureteral stent,presence of habit of holding back urine,presence of habit of drinking less water and presence of complications(P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between age and the total score of the Chinese version of the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire(r=0.19,P=0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed age,gender,smoking,recurrent times,presence of pain,presence of ureteral stent,presence of habit of holding back urine,presence of habit of drinking less water and presence of complications entered the regression equation,explaining 94% of the total variance of the total score of the Chinese version of the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire.Conclusion:1.The Chinese version of the Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire has good reliability and validity.It can be used as a specific tool to evaluate the quality of life of patients with renal stones.2.The younger male patients with recurrent renal stones who are smoking,have more than twice recurrence,are pain,carry of ureteral stents,hold back of urine,drink less water and have chronic disease have the worse quality of life.
