In order tounderstand now acute coronary syndrome TCM syndrome characteristics distributionof provide a reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method: First through China hownet database access in January2007-February2013literatures were retrospectively studied. Summed up the characteristics of TCMsyndrome of acute coronary syndrome (acs) in recent years. Then the setting of acutecoronary syndrome TCM syndrome cross-sectional questionnaire (see table),collected91cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome (January2008-December2012jilin province Chinese medicine hospital cardiovascular divisionadmission office, cardiovascular division admission office of jilin province academy oftraditional Chinese medicine) to carry on the cross-sectional survey, establishes thespss13.0statistical database for statistics.Result: literature research choice of acute myocardial infarction, unstable anginato two aspects of literature investigation and study. Survey results show that theresearch literature is more acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina research isless. Study TCM syndrome types of studies have shown that the most, followed bywestern medicine index correlation research, clinical studies to a minimum.Case study results:1, In clinical study of91patients gas Yin deficiency with blood stasis type two, at most,is the deficiency of carry phlegm and blood stasis type, and the third for the phlegmand blood stasis mutual junction, the fourth is qi deficiency blood stasis type. The resttype the number of cases is less than4cases, the overall proportion of smaller.2,To cross-sectional study of91patients, summed up the common syndromes ofacute coronary syndrome (acs)59. The main syndrome is: chest pain, weakness, shortness of breath, sleep bad, dry mouth, tongue, dim, dark red tongue, tongue bodyis normal, with teeth marks, moss white, white greasy moss, pulse fine, veins smooth. Conclusion: Retrospective literature research in acute coronary syndromes inTCM syndrome research literature, most disease syndrome factors combination forthree factors in the qi deficiency syndrome, Yin deficiency and blood stasis and qideficiency, blood stasis and phlegm turbidity is most common, followed by doublefactors of blood stasis syndrome of phlegm turbidity+; Visible in qi deficiencysyndrome factor combination’s most widely distributed. Clinical case study result is:the qi deficiency blood stasis phlegm obstruction type> qi and blood deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis type alternating knot> blood stasis blocking type, Yangdeficiency and blood stasis type> heart qi and Yin deficiency type, kidney Yindeficiency, blood stasis blocking collaterals, Yin and Yang are two deficiency, phlegmand blood stasis mutual junction, qi and blood deficiency, blood stasis resistance type,qi and Yin deficiency, and qi stagnation and blood stasis type, Yang deficiency withphlegm and blood stasis type, and qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Qi deficiency, blood stasis, visible TanNing an important role in acute coronary syndrome.
