Objective:The mortality observed in patients with ACS complicated with SIRS rate, risk factors, SIRS score, complications, PCI to SIRS, and the relationship between the distribution of TCM syndromes, syndrome and mortality rate, SIRS score and PCI, correlation analysis of prognosis of ACS syndrome and SIRS. In order to provide enlightenment for the treatment of ACS.Methods:By retrospective survey method. Combined with the research purpose and design features of the disease through medical records review questionnaire, ward medical record room, find out the corresponding120chart. Cases according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, which meet the research object records a total of108. Record and diagnosis, TCM syndrome, past medical history, body temperature, heart rate, respiration, white blood cell count, SIRS score, complications, markers of myocardial injury, coagulation, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram, coronary angiography, and outcome of treatment.Results:108cases of death of ACS patients within the first month was5.6%. The incidence rate was51.9%with SIRS. Combined with SIRS group with heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock and death rate and the proportion in the non combined SIRS group. Group SIRS SIRS score of4group the highest mortality rate, mortality rate lowest2packet. In patients with ACS complicated with SIRS, the higher SIRS score, the more severe the disease, the prognosis is poor. PCI postoperative SIRS score2points to the majority, not receiving PCI treatment with3points,4points. PCI may make the critical degree of SIRS lowering. Syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with SIRS group to empirical, deficiency excess syndrome, with no SIRS group to the main deficiency. The mortality rate of deficiency syndrome group was significantly higher than that in other two groups of syndromes trend. There was no significant difference between SIRS syndrome and TCM syndrome score, namely the corresponding relationship between severity and syndrome SIRS do not close. PCI had little effect on the syndrome.Conclusion:1. ACS patients with SIRS may have a negative impact on the prognosis.2. PCI may make the severity of ACS patients complicated with SIRS is reduced, so as to improve the prognosis of ACS. Syndrome3. ACS with SIRS based on empirical, deficiency excess syndrome, with no SIRS to the main deficiency. Deficiency of the case fatality rate is high, therefore, for ACS patients with deficiency of Qi treatment application as soon as possible, help to improve the prognosis...
