Object:respectively five years old ginseng different growth stages (seedling stage, leafexpansion, flowering period, with green fruit, red berries period, ginseng root growing seasonfruit and withering) in different parts (roots, stems, leaves) materials investigatedginsengsaponins, saccherides, protein, the main active ingredient trends during growth anddevelopment, and to provide a scientific basis for the rational development of the activeingredients of ginseng, as well as to improve the utilization of the ginseng resources. Methods: By high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and studying the Rg1ginseng total saponins, Re, Rf, Rb1, Rc, rb2’s much-publicised, Rd, Rg3, etc.8kinds ofmonomer saponin content change trends; Using phenol-sulfuric acid method of total sugar, reducing sugar, soluble sugar and starch content of dynamics; Using high-throughputtranscriptome sequencing technology, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT), polyphenol oxidase (PPO), ascorbic acid oxidoreductase (APX) and malatedehydrogenase (MDH), such as ginseng important active protein gene expression changes.Results:1ginseng root ginsenoside Rg1, Rf, Rb1, Rc, Rb2’s much-publicised, Rd, Rg3content change trends are similar, both in the highest levels when fruit after the ginseng rootgrowth; Ginsenoside Re the highest content in exhibition leaf stage; Total saponins incrabapple content is the lowest, highest content fruit after the ginseng root growth. Total sugarcontent in ginseng root in the seedling stage to show during the period of decreased obviously, from the exhibition leaf stage to present a tendency of increasing fruit after the ginseng rootgrowth; Reducing sugar content in the seedling stage to the fruit after the ginseng root growthis on the rise, after entering wither period decreased; Soluble polysaccharide content fromseedling stage to the crabapple period maintained at a relatively constant level, into the fruitafter the ginseng root growth gradually rise, arrived at wither period decreased; Starch contentfrom the seedling stage is on the rise, in the results reached the highest stage and remains atthat level until and withering period. As ginseng growth and development, ginseng root ofSOD, MDH, basic no difference quantity expression changes, cut, the expression of PPO,POD, CAT and APX expression.2Panax ginseng stems of ginsenoside Rg1, Re, Rd content did not change significantly during ginseng growth,; Saponins Rf, Rb1, Rc, rb2’s much-publicised, Rg3and total saponinscontent in the highest leaf stage, then decreased, and the stability at the same level.Throughout the growth period, ginseng stems of total sugar, reducing sugar, soluble sugar andstarch content were at a similar level, and lower levels. Along with the growth of ginseng,POD activity change is relatively severe, green fruit stage expression quantity minimum, exhibition leaf stage expression quantity highest; Ginseng stem of SOD, PPO expressionquantity little difference; APX and CAT expression MDH expression of proteins to raise.3Content of8kinds of ginseng saponins in panax ginseng leaves are significantly higherthan the other two parts of content, eight kinds of total saponins and total saponins contentshowed a trend of rise, ginsenoside Rg1, Rf, Rb1, Rc, rb2’s much-publicised, Rg3contentreached the highest when the fruit after the ginseng root growth, ginsenoside Rd in the greenreached the highest when fruiting; Saponins content of Re is the highest in eight kinds ofmonomer saponin, and grow in the ginseng to enter crabapple quickly reached the higheststage, the highest content of20times differ with the lowest levels, are very worthy ofattention; Total saponins in the crabapple period is the highest levels. In ginseng during thewhole growth period, ginseng leaf, total sugar, reducing sugar, soluble sugar and starchcontent were maintained at a lower level. Ginseng leaf SOD expression in quantity moreviolent change, show the highest leaf stage, green fruiting minimum; There is no differencebetween PPO and APX expression quantity basic change; POD expression down; The CATexpression; MDH expression quantity change is more intense, with red fruits is highest, lowest flowering period.Conclusion:1With five born of ginseng in different growth period (seedling stage, leafstage and anthesis stage, green fruit, red fruits, fruit after the ginseng root growth andwithering period) of the three parts (roots, stems, leaves) as materials, respectively by HPLCmethod, phenol-sulfuric acid method and high-throughput sequencing technologiesmonomer saponins of ginseng, rarity, saponin, total saponins, sugars, and important activeprotein expression, such as the quantity for testing.2Ginsenoside Rg1, Rf, Rb1, Rc, rb2’s much-publicised, Rd, Rg3and the content of totalsaponins Yu Guo ginseng root growth period after the ginseng leaf in the highest levels. Thecontent of ginsenoside Re in crabapple period ginseng leaf when the highest levels. 3Ginseng of total sugar, reducing sugar, water-soluble polysaccharide, and the contentof starch in ginseng root when fruit after the ginseng root growth in the highest levels.4SOD, POD expression quantity peak appeared in the flowering period ginseng root,CAT, MDH expression quantity peak appeared in the crabapple period ginseng leaf, PPOexpression quantity peak appeared in the flowering period of ginseng leaf, APX expressioncontent peak appeared on the fruit after the ginseng root growth of ginseng leaf.5Ingredients like fruit after ginseng root growth when the saponins content in ginsengleaf supreme; Highest sugar content in ginseng root; SOD, POD in ginseng root expressionquantity highest, CAT expressed in ginseng stem quantity highest, PPO, APX, MDH,expressed in ginseng leaf quantity and the highest.
