Experimental Study On The Effect Of San Ku Dripping Pills On Myocardial Ischemic Injury Markers Content Changes

Purpose: To study the changing content of ischemic cardiac injury markers, observedthe effect of San Ku dripping pills on the rat model of myocardial ischemia injury, in order todiscuss the protective effects and possible mechanism of San Ku dripping pills on ischemicmyocardial injury.Method: myocardial ischemia model copied by ligation of the left anterior descendingcoronary artery law to erythropoietin, cardiac troponin, and ischemia-modified albumin threeindexes changes of San Ku dripping pills improve myocardial ischemia possible mechanisms.Result:1, San Ku dripping pills changes in myocardial ischemia model rat serumtroponin I (cTnI): Compared with model group, three bitter Dripping Pill animal serumhigh-dose and dose group and the positive control group troponin I (cTnI) is significantlyreduced.2, San Ku dripping pills on myocardial ischemia model rat serum ischemia modifiedalbumin (IMA) the impact of changes: three bitter Dripping Pills high-dose and middle-dosegroup and positive control group of animal serum ischemia modified albumin (IMA) werelower than those in the untreated group.3, San Ku dripping pills on myocardial ischemiamodel rat serum erythropoietin erythropoietin (EPO) change: the model group, serum EPOlevels significantly increased, indicating myocardial ischemia induced EPO synthesis, and thedegree of myocardial injury was positively related to the administration group of animalserum EPO levels rise compared with the sham group. But significantly lower than the modelgroup.Conclusion: The research shows that San Ku dripping pills have some protective effect onmyocardial injury by testing the changing content of the three markers of myocardial injury.It probablybecause of the effect that San Ku dripping pills can reduce cardiac muscle cell damage, dilatecoronary artery, increase coronary flow, reduce myocardial consumption of oxygen. Itsspecific mechanism needs further research.
