The stability of Xiangkou tablets was studied. Accelerated test andlong-term test was established for Xiangkou tablets at six months. The long-term test samples for the examination of various factors at0,1,3,6months.Result: The three batches of samples for the rate of finished products of test results werenot noticeable and test proved good stability. There were good grounds for bulk production,and the results were consistent to the standard of Chinese Pharmacopeias. The results of threesamples by TLC method show that a specific and reliable TLC identification method wasestablished for Cloves, cardamom and nutmeg. Overall, we used the date. To compare thedifferent places of drug and assay method for the three batches of samples, consider as thesafe of drug and effective the product does contain Eugenol, not less than1.0mg of eachtablets. Both of the methods have good repeatability, sensitivity, specificity and practicabilitywas designed experiment project. These are effective measures for control the product qualitychanged. This method is the target of quality control. According to the accelerated testingand long-term tests at six months, there were no changes of the investigation for six times and determination. Our results suggest that in the storage period, the products have a goodstability.Conclusion: The preparation technology of new drug Chinese traditional medicineXiangkou tablets has a good stability and feasibility. The quality of products is stable andcontrollable. The research projects provide more complete reporting of drug pharmaceuticalresearch data.
