Purpose and Significance:Ulcerative colitis is a kind of diarrhea, abdominal pain, purulent blood as the main characteristics of inflammatory bowel disease, illness easily repeatedly, long duration, and the mechanism has not been clear, western medicine treatment discontinuation is easy to relapse, long-term medication side effects, more stubborn cases poor curative effect of faults. Therefore, search for clinically effective, less side effects, the method that can reduce the recurrence rate is very important. External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a long history, and it is a convenient, good adherence, less side effects method, which is a worthy of study and promotion methods in clinic.Study Methods:Randomly selected from2009to2013in taizhou hospital outpatient and hospitalized during the period of60cases of pixu type ulcerative colitis patients, randomly divided60patients into+western medicine sticking treatment group and western medicine treatment control group, each group30patients; Treatment group at the salad oxazine1g QID enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride, at the same time complementary with acupoint sticking, once a week, for10weeks. Control group pure beauty with salad oxazine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride (sunflower pharmaceutical H19980148approved by0.25g per piece of both group in10weeks, for a period of treatment, observe two groups of patients before and after the symptom improvement and laboratory indicators related to change.Results:General efficiency of western medicine plus Acupoint Application Group Was83.3%, western medicine group, the total effective rate was60%, the efficacy of TCM were86.7%,73.3%, two group P<0.05, the effect of TCM and modern medicine have difference before and after treatment in two groups.Conclusion:1Acupoint application therapy for Ulcerative colitis western medicine supplemented TCM external treatment significantly.2.Erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein is relation with the disease activity. Acupoint application for UC patients with inflammation relieving effect.3.Two methods for colonoscopy under inflammatory and DAI index change improve differ, pathological changes is no difference between before and after treatment, acupoint application performance in patients with colonoscopy and DAI index also improved, two improved showed no difference in group.
