Objectives:Objective: Through the different ovarian responsivity to patients, using differentprotocols of controlled ovarian hyper stimulation, based on statistical comparisons of thetreatment outcome for clinical and laboratory parameters, to looking for some suitableprotocols of controlled ovarian hyper stimulation in these patients, in order to achieve theideal treatment outcome. Let infertility patients accomplish to become farther/mother earlier. Methods: Retrospective analysis of2010December-2012June infertility patients in ourcenter, according to ovarian responsiveness to groups. The patients was divided into normalresponse group, high response group and poor ovarian response group. Normal responsegroup and low ovarian response group are included in this study. Normal response group usedlong plans and antagonist projects, poor ovarian response group used randomly long plans, short plans and antagonist projects for induced ovulation. By statistical analysis of clinicaland laboratory indexes, conclusion that the appropriate group of patients who are mostsuitable for induced ovulation plan. Results: The patients with normal ovarian response, there was significant difference (P<0.05)in the number of Gn days (10.76VS6.13), Gn amount (2930.79VS1628.40), abortion rate(10.39%VS7.14%), cycle cancellation rate (11.27%VS9.68%), the average number ofoocytes retrieved (11.12VS7.26), other clinical and laboratory parameters were notsignificantly different. The patients with lower ovarian response, with long protocol, shortprotocol and antagonists protocol in Gn days (11.09VS7.62VS6.22) and Gn dosage (3000VS1980VS1480) have significantly differences (P <0.05), the rest of the clinicalparameters are not significantly different. Laboratory parameters, only the average numberof oocytes retrieved (6.23VS4.67VS5.17) were significantly different (P <0.05).Conclusions:1.For patients with normal ovarian response, conventional long protocol and antagonists protocol can achieve similar outcome, but the number of and Gn dosageantagonist protocol significantly reduced. The number of retrieved oocytes has only about onemore, so the antagonists protocol can be preferred used for young patients with higherfertility.2. For the lower ovarian response in patients, the treatment outcomes of long protocol, shortprotocol and antagonists protocol are similar. Long protocol has slightly higher than the othertwo protocol in retrieved oocytes, taking into account the cumulative pregnancy rates, longprogram can improve cumulative pregnancy rate in these patients.
