| Objective:Through TCM standardization community intervention and follow-up on degenerative lumbar instability cases, preventing and controlling effects of TCM Comprehensive community intervention on degenerative lumbar instability, provide the basis and help for the development of suitable for China’s community-based TCM Comprehensive Intervention program.Method:In accordance with the degenerative lumbar instability syndrome is now widely accepted standard, conforms to the diagnosis standard screening population over the age of40male and female population, were randomly divided into intervention group and control group each4community, the intervention group of community comprehensive intervention and follow-up, the control group were not only provide standardized intervention. Follow-up period of6months. Dry expected after the end of all8community population after intervention were evaluated, compared two groups of patients awareness of disease, before and after the intervention of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, operation rate and imaging changes.Results:The intervention group score for disease awareness is higher than the control group (P<0.01). The intervention group and the control group of patients with JOA score, modified Oswestry scores were improved than before treatment (P<0.01), patients in the intervention group JOA score increased significantly compared with control group (P<0.01); patients in the intervention group improved Oswestry scores decreased significantly compared with the control group (P<0.01). The intervention group operation was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The intervention group, the control group had imaging changes before and after treatment, there is no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Degenerative lumbar instability comprehensive intervention of Chinese community near future curative effect is exact, it can relieve the symptoms, reduce the operation rate and improve the quality of life of patients. |
