Spleen Profoundly Method United Adefovir Ester In The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:This research aims to Observation on jianpi Qinghua combined clinical efficacy of adefovir dipivoxil for chronic hepatitis b, and adefovir dipivoxil treatment in Western medicine compared to the control group, joint evaluation method of jianpi Qinghua adefovir dipivoxil for chronic hepatitis b clinical efficacy and safety, and to explore its role in stopping progression of chronic hepatitis b patients.Method:60patients will be involved from the clinic and inpatient,who will be separated into the treatment group(n=30) and the control group(n=30).Treatment with jianpi Qinghua law prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and combined with adefovir dipivoxil treatment, control of adefovir dipivoxil treatment is offered., while the control group were received Lamivudine or Adefovir Dipivoxil. Both of two groups were treated for6months. The clinical symptoms and physical signs, integral of TCM symptoms, Liver function, Marking thing of hepatitis B, Second liver5ration,HBV-DNA ration. changes in the ultrasound indices of liver and spleen and safety indexes were measured respectively before treatment, at3months and at6months, comparing the two different therapies.Result:1.Comparison of the total clinical effect:After two groups were treated for6months, we have found the following results:of the treating group (30cases), complete response was10cases (33.3%),partial response was10cases(33.3%),non-response was10cases(33.3%), total efficiency rate was66.7%; Of the control group (30cases), complete response was6cases (20.0%), partial response was6cases(20.0%),nonresponse was18cases(60.0%),total rate was40.0%.The treatment group was much better than the control group (P<0.05).2. Comparison of improvement of the clinical symptoms:Treatment group30cases, clinical cure10cases, having7cases, effective7cases, invalid6cases, total effective rate for80%, against group30cases, clinical cure4cases, having3cases, effective9cases, invalid14cases, total effective rate53.3%, by card party test, two group of clinical cure rate and total has efficiency has significantly sexual differences (P<0.05), results description, treatment group in improved symptoms area clear better than against group.3. The comparison of liver function:When two groups were treated for3and6months respectively, the respects of ALT、AST、TBil、GGT all had improvement in some varying degrees, through the Mauchly’s test, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Comparison between two groups, When the two groups were treated for3months and6months respectively,the levels of ALT、AST,through statistics test, the difference was non-significant(P>0.05),the two group had the same effect in improving liver function.4. Safety comparison of two group:we had not found any adverse reactions and toxic effect.Conclusion:Treated with jianpi Qinghua obviously improvement in patients with chronic hepatitis b, helps to restore liver function, and has some antiviral effects, inhibition of aggravation, thereby improving patient quality of life. Jianpi Qinghua law in effect during the treatment of chronic hepatitis b and reliable, no adverse reactions, thus this method worth promoting.
