Qi Stage Syndrome and Ying-Xue Stage Syndrome are very important stages in the evolution of Warm Disease. Especially in Ying-Xue Stage, the disease location is deep, and the patient’s condition is very serious. If mishandled, there will be serious damage to organs and life-threatening,or severe sequelae. Although Qi Stage Syndrome is less serious than Ying-Xue Stage Syndrome in the damage of organs, but if not treated promptly and effectively, it will develop into deterioration and the critical syndromes will appear. Therefore, the prompt and accurate judgment of the stage and the correct treatments are critical to Warm Disease. However, only a comprehensive understanding of the substance and difference between Qi Stage Syndrome and Ying-Xue Stage Syndrome can help making the right judgments in the clinical diagnosis and treatment, and will not delay the treatment. In the research, the differences between Qi Stage Syndrome and Ying-Xue Stage Syndrome are elaborated from a macro and micro perspective. In the theoretical part, the differences of pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and treatment are analyzed in detail. Some objective indicators are researched by means of modern medicine to explain the the pathogenesis, the substance and the differences between Qi Stage Syndrome and Ying-Xue Stage Syndrome from the pathological morphology, microcirculation, immune and biochemistry. In the experimental part, the endotoxin is used to copy the model of Qi Stage Syndrome and Ying-Xue Stage Syndrome. The change of indicators of the two models in the signs and symptoms, body temperature, pathological morphology, immune and stress are observed in order to further reveal the differences between Qi Stage Syndrome and Ying-Xue Stage Syndrome. Through the theoretical and experimental studies, it is sure that the organs are mainly dysfunctional in Qi Stage Syndrome. The substant of organs are damaged mainly, but the dysfunction is more serious in Ying-Xue Stage Syndrome.
