The Research On Interfering In Hypertensive Early Renal Damage By Baoyuanguanchang Liquid

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Baoyuanguanchang Liquid on early renal damage in essential hypertension.Methods:Select60patients who were diagnosed hypertension with early renal damage in cardiovascular department of Changzhou TCM hospital,which is the subsidiary hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.Taken randomly divided into experimental group and control group,n=30.The same basic treatments were applied to each group, such as light diets,quit smoking and drying, sports,etc.two groups received Amlodipine and Valsartan to reduce blood pressure. The experimental group received Baoyuanguanchang Liquid treatment.Both group were interviewed2weeks.Observed before and after treatment in patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, blood pressure,and the experiment indexes of kidney damage (β2-MQmAlb,al-MG、URBP、TRu、IgG).At last,all these information was analysed by the computer with SPSS.Result:The clinical symptoms have an obvious remission after treatment with Baoyuanguanchang Liquid. The scores of TCM syndrome were significantly lower than the control group. The two groups showed no significant on efficiency of antihypertensive effects.The relevant indicators of kidney damage (al-MG、mAlb、IgG、TRu、URBP) have lowed better than the control group with significant differences (P<0.01), however, β2-MG have no significant differences (P>0.05).On the control group,MA、IgG、β2-MG are lower than before(0.01<P<0.05),and al-MG、URBP、TRu have no significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion:Baoyuanguanchang Liquid is a effective drug in treating early renal damage in essential hypertension,which can reduce and delay the occurrence of early renal damage in essential hypertension,and have the value for further research.
