| Objective:contrast traditional herbs and modern craft effective ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine extraction auxiliary intervention gastrointestinal tumors of the treatment effect of the short-term chemotherapy. To provide certain reference of traditional Chinese medicine clinical antineoplastic therapy in traditional Chinese medicine and the application of the modern research.Methods:22chemotherapy after surgery patients with cancer of the esophagus or the cardiac part were included in the study, put them into two groups:the observation group and the control group. The observation group:intravenous drip coixenolide with200ml everyday for a week the day before chemotherapy. The control group:took the decoction of ba zhen tang the day before chemotherapy, one time a day for a week. Use granulocyte JiLa stimulating factor to improve the level of white blood cells as treatment significantly lower blood appear white blood cells. Use tropisetron symptomatic treatment as response the digestive tract. Conventional give protect liver and nutrition support treatment. Observe patients chemotherapy process poisoning and quality of life, side effects such as cellular immunity changes.Results:two groups have no statistic differences in Karnofsky, immune index and toxic and adverse reaction (P>0.05). The observation group have obvious statistic significance in improve the deficiency of both Qi and blood symptoms (P<0.05). The control group have no statistic differences in improve the deficiency of both Qi and blood symptoms (P>0.05).Conclusion:coixenolide and ba zhen tang have no statistic differences in reduce toxic and adverse reaction improve the quality of life and enhancing immune cell function. Coixenolide can effective improve the deficiency of both Qi and blood symptoms. Ba zhen tang improve the deficiency of both Qi and blood symptoms not obvious. |
