| Objective:To research the effect of Zhuang Jin Xu Gu Decoction in promoting bFGF and IGF-1expression in femoral fracture callus, and then to discuss the fracture healing function of Zhuang Jin Xu Gu Decoction.Methods:Total of seventy-two adult and healthy male Wistar rats,which were made fracture model with electric saw that were cut through the middle point of femur. The model group was treated by infusing Zhuang Jin Xu Gu Decoction through stomach. Then to Observe the body activities in different days, the fracture healing situation was observed throught the way of X-ray film, in the last the pathological change was detected by Hematoxylin-Eosin staining (HE). The serum levels of bFGF and IGF-1were get by the way of enzyme-link immunobsorbant assay (ELISA).Results:local swelling and restricted movement after Femoral fractures.7days after treatment, local swelling disappeared,14days, fibrous callus formation,21days, fracture lines blurred,28days fracture line disappeared from the test of X ray. In the model group,the expressions of bFGF and IGF-1was higher than the rats in sham-operated group(P<0.05). The serum levels of bFGF and IGF-1in treatment group were higher than those in model group(P<0.05).21days after treatment, the expression of serum bFGF and IGF-1was to a spike.Conclusion:Zhuang Jin Xu Gu Decoction have the effect to promoting femoral fracture callus of rats,which might play a part in increasing the expressions of bFGF and IGF-1... |
