Aim:establish the of nude mice transplantation tumor model of gastric cancer,we will investigate the effect of PRL-3expression on miR-495and miR-551inSGC7901gastric cancer cells and explore the gene interference therapies aimed atreversing gastric cancer.Method: Inoculation the SGC7901cell line(stable transfect miR-495ormiR-551a and normal) in the enterocoelia of BALB/CA(nu/nu) nude mice. Thenkilled them after one month and observe the tumor formation rate, tumor growth andmigration. Real-Time PCR is performed to quantify mRNA levels of miR-495,miR-551a and PRL-3.Result:Contrast the nude mice which inoculation untrasfected cell, miR-495,miR-551a level was increased and PRL-3was decresed in inoculation transfected cell,which contribute to suppress the migration of gastric cancer.Conclusion: miR-495and miR-551a can suppress the migration of gastriccancer via inhibiting its target PRL-3.
