| Objective:Evaluating the efficacy of JianPi HuoXue Prescription in the treatment ofCAG with IM or Dys, exploring the mechanism and making a guideline of the diagnosisand medicine in clinic of CAG.Methods:60patients of CAG were divided into2groups at random:test group inwhich30cases were treated with “JianPi HuoXue Prescription”and control group in which30cases were treated with “WeiFuChun Tablet”.The treatment course of two groups was12weeks.Observing the curative effect of the clinical symptoms,gastroscopy signs andpathology,the eradication rate of H.pylori,and the hemorheology after one course oftreatment,then analyzed them statistically.Results:1.To compare the total effect of two group:Test group effectiveness96.67%,control group effectiveness76.67%.There is a significant difference after thetreatment between test group and control group).That means the effect of test group ismuch more significant than the control group.2. To compare the integral of TCMsyndrome:test group is much more effective than control group(P＜0.05).3.To compare thechanges of gastroscopy signs and pathology,the eradication rate of H.pylori,and thehemorheology:After treatment the result of gastroscopy signs,pathology and thehemorheology have significant differences(P＜0.05),but the H.pylori eradication rate hasno significant difference between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion: JianPi HuoXue Prescription is much more effective than WeiFuChunTablet in the treament of Chronic Atrophic Gastritisit，it can improve gastric mucosalmicrocirculation, protect the gastric mucosa, inhibit the inflammatory response,block andreverse the precancerous lesions.It has been certified a safe and effective prescription by clinical experiment，and it is worth promoting. |
