ObjectiveBased on hyperthyroidism with liver damage related research, reseach the clinicalcomprehensive intervention effects of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin, regulatingliver and removing blood stasis, clearing heat and phlegm based on Jiakangning onhyperthyroidism with liver damage. On the other hand, explore the effect of Jiakangningon SOD-1expression on rat models of hyperthyroidism with liver damage.Method1. Clinical Research:Determine hyperthyroidism diagnosis of liver injury andResponse Evaluation Criteria, based on hyperthyroidism with liver damage relatedresearch, reseach the clinical comprehensive intervention effects of Jiakangning onhyperthyroidism with liver damage, to set Western medicine control group, to use large, prospective, randomized controlled study methods, the primary efficacy endpointhyperthyroidism patients with symptoms and signs of liver damage, thyroid function, liver function, Safety indicators clinical observation and the results were analyzed.2. Experimental Research: Established two joint modeling(Euthyrox80mg/kg+Thioacetamide100mg/kg、200mg/kg、300mg/kg intraperitoneal injection) ofhyperthyroidism with liver injury in rats model,4weeks after the drug intervention, electron microscopy, immunohistochemistry and other methods, Studies on the rat modelof hyperthyroidism, Ning vital signs, thyroid function, liver function, liverpathologyand, thyroid ultrastructure, and SOD-1immunohistochemical expression. Results1.Clinical Research: Jiakangning can not only effectively improve symptoms andsigns, thyroid function (P <0.05), reduce the level of liver function indicators (P <0.05) ofthe patients with hyperthyroidism with liver damage, which the total effective rate was90.6%, and it was significantly better than western medicine group.2.Experimental Study: Copy of hyperthyroidism with liver injury in a rat model withtwo linked modeling method can be successfully. Jiakangning not only can significantlyimprove the survival of the state of the model rats, thyroid function and liver functionindicators. but also plays a significant role on liver pathology and thyroid ultrastructuralchanges, other increase the liver tissue SOD-1immunohistochemical expression.ConclusionJiakangning which was based mainly on supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,regulating liver and removing blood stasis, clearing heat and phlegm can preventhyperthyroidism with liver damage. The mechanism is a multi-target, multi-mechanism,and deserves further research.
