The Research On Therapy Of Smoothing The Liver-Qi And Clearing Heat In Treating Hyperthyroidism

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of smoothing the liver-Qi and clearing heat therapy in treating Hyperthyroidism. Methods:sixty patients of Hyperthyroidism were divided into treatment group(30cases) and control group(30cases) at random.The treatment group were treated with the herb and small dose Tapazol and the control group with therapeutic dose Tapazol.After eight weeks ,observe the changes of anxious symptoms, heart rate,body weight,the volume of goiter and thyroid function. Results:53.3% patients have obvious anxious symptoms.It is improved that the therapy of smoothing the liver-Qi and clearing heat can obviously relieve anxious symptoms, reduce the heart rate and minify goiter. The curative effect surpasses that of the control group.The two groups compare in the improvement thyroid function that the curative effect is similar.The all-around effect of the treatment group is superior to the control group.
