Objectives: Explore surgical methods and treatment effect of open reduction andcannulated screw fixation of Colonna Ⅱ, Ⅲ type children femoral neck fracture, andprovide the basis for the choice of internal fixation methods of femoral neck fracture withClinical Child and subsequent research.Methods: From2009January to2012March children with a total of19cases,19hips were collected at Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitalpediatric department of orthopedics ward and accept open reduction and cannulatedscrew fixation of Colonna Ⅱ, Ⅲ type children femoral neck fractures; left side in10cases,right in9cases;8cases of traffic accident, falling injury in7cases,4cases of sprain,including male10cases, female9cases, male to female ratio10:9; aged1.5years old to17years old, an average of9.45years old,16cases of8-12years old; Colonna typing:9casesof type Ⅱ, Ⅲ type10cases. The patients were followed up for6-16months.Results: This group of19cases of femoral neck fractures in children during thefollow-up period, only delayed union in1cases, the incidence rate was5.3%;1casesocured double lower limbs of unequal length, the incidence rate was5.3%; no avascularnecrosis, no coxa vara, no early closure of epiphysis, good hip motion.Conclusions: Cut reset cannulated screw fixation Colonna II, III children femoralneck fracture is a surgical approach of little trauma, reliable fixation and satisfactory effect,The surgical approach can be effective in preventing avascular necrosis, nonunion andother serious complications, provides a more ideal treatment ideas for children femoralneck fracture. |
