Clinical Study Of Treating Henoch-schonlein Purpura Nephritis(Yin Deficiency Toxic Heat Fulao Type) With Jiaweishengjiangsan Decoction

Purpose:To study the application value of the theory of Latent toxicity inducingdisease in treaing HSPN,by the clinical observation of treating Henoch-Schonlein purpuranephritis(Yin deficiency toxic heat FuLao type)with Jiaweishengjiangsan Deco-ction．Methods:Choose60patients who are accorded with the diagnosis standard．Theyare randomly divided into the treatment group（30patients）which are cured by takingJiaweishengjiangsan Decoction and the control group（30patients）cured by Okracapsule,on the basis of the general treatment．We take one month for a period of treatmentand observe the therapy result after2courses of treatment． Results:（1）The overalleffective rates for the treatment group and control group were83.75%and70.33%respectively,there was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups（;2）The treatment group was superior to control group in controlling syndrome of TCM, therewas significant difference in the comparison between the two groups;(3)Aftertreatment,urinary Pro in two groups of was improved compared with beforetreatment,witin group comparison was statistically significant;(4)The urinary Pro,24hUprand hs-CRP indicated a better tread,the difference of the two groups before and aftertreatment was statistically significant;The IgA、IgG、IgM also indicated a better tread,butwere not statistically significant in two groups;(5)The Scr and BUN indicated a better treadin two groups before and after treatment,but were not statistically significant．Conclusions:Jiaweishengjiangsan Decoction could treat HSPN effectively,which was indicated thatthere was having certain practical value of the theory of Latent toxicity inducing disease intreaing HSPN．...
