| Objective: This study was designed by the small sample observed Fuzi Lizhong Decoctioncombined with routine western medicine obstacle to the clinical efficacy of the spleen yangdeficiency syndrome patients with severe sepsis, gastrointestinal function, and relatedmechanism. Methods:60cases of sepsis patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction ofspleen Yang deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup30cases, treatment group was given western medicine routine treatment sepsisgastrointestinal dysfunction, and given Chinese medicine aconite in tonga subtractionagent1/day, water frying to400ml, divide two in the morning and evening temperature isuniform; Control group given sepsis of conventional western medicine treatment.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment of relevant indicators and scorechanges, and with statistical software analysis comparing two groups of clinical curativeeffect of treatment method. Results: Treated patients after treatment procalcitonin, diamineoxidase, D-lactate levels, white blood cell counts were significantly lower (P <0.05),compared with the control group, which also has a significant difference (P <0.05);treatment group nutrition indicators albumin, ferritin levels are increased, the two groupshad significant difference (P <0.05); treated patients after treatment of gastrointestinaldysfunction score, APACHE Ⅱ score and28-day mortality was significantly lower inpatients treated with the total effective rate was63.3%in the control group, the totaleffective rate was40%of patients in both groups had significant difference compared withpatients (P <0.05). Conclusion: The findings supported by Aconite Decoction spleen yangrepresented method can significantly improve gastrointestinal dysfunction in severe sepsispatients with type Spleen Deficiency gastrointestinal functional status, improve the body’s nutritional status and reduce mortality, significantly improved the prognosis of patients, forthe treatment of patients with severe sepsis gastrointestinal dysfunction with a highreference value. |
