Objective:Observed heat-clearing and detoxicating soup treatment caused byUreaplasma urealyticum caused by dampness-heat excessive vaginal discharge of clinicalresearch, its mechanism.Meyhod:60cases of reproductive tract infections Ureaplasma urealyticum patientswere randomly divided into a treatment group (30cases, oral Clearing and detoxifyingsoup) and the control group (30cases, oral azithromycin dispersible tablets).Theimprovement of TCM syndromes were observed before and after treatment.Result:Exact the of heat-clearing and detoxifying soup clinical efficacy, the overallresponse rate was90%, recovered by46.67%,43.33%valid.The control group, the totaleffective rate was76.67%, the cure rate was20%, the effective rate was56.67%.According to the above results, the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine wassignificantly better than the control group. Two groups of patients, the difference wasstatistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The heat-clearing and detoxifying soup treating Ureaplasma urealyticumcaused by dampness-heat excessive vaginal discharge has a good effect, has a good role inimproving the clinical symptoms.
