Objective: The study is based on collecting and sorting out clinical date.Observeprotective effection:The method of gas line tongluoyixin permanent atrial fibrillation andplaying certain role for preventing systemic embolism and protecting vascular endothelial.Methods: Patients of Permanent atrial fibrillation60cases were divided into A and BTwo groups randomly.Each group contain30cases.Group A is treatment group.On thebasis of taking Aspirin plus taking Tongluoyixintang.Group A is control group and takingAspirin.Treatment cycle were one month.Observe patients of before and after treatment ofsituation of improvement for main clinical symptoms.Detect patients of before and aftertreatment about four items of blood coagulation:APTT、PT、TT and INR；the main indexof blood rheology: ηbH、ηbL、ηP and Fbg; endothelial four: NO、6-K-PGF1α、TXB2andET-1;CRP、D-dimer and the index of cardiac ultrasound including left atrial diameter andthe chang of LVEF.Results: Comparing control group,traditional Chinese medicine of clinical symptomof treatment group of significance difference is67%,total effective rate is90%And havesignificantly better than the control group.APTT、PT、INR of patients in the treatmentgroup was prolonged.There were significant differences comparing with the control groupand TT had no obvious change. ηbH、ηbL、ηP and Fbg of patients in the treatment groupwas prolonged.There were significant differences comparing with the control group. NO、6-K-PGF1α of patients in the treatment group were improved TXB2、ET-1were reduced.There were significant differences comparing with the control group.CRP and D-dimer of patients in the treatment group were reduced. There were significant differences comparingwith the control group.Left atrial diameter of patients in the treatment group werenarrowed.The function of LVEFwere improved. There were significant differencescomparing with the control group.Conclusion: The study improves the theoretical content of traditional Chinesemedicine in the prevention of complications of permanent atrial fibrillation.Chinesemedicine was cerntained in the prevention of certain complications of permanent atrialfibrillation.Tongmaiyixin Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment ofpermanent atrial fibrillation has significant effect.And lay foundation for the further studyof Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.
