Objective:In this study, the effect of chronic cholecystitis patient’s gallbladdermovementon electroacupuncture Yanglingquan and Yanglingquan with Dannang wasobserved. And the different influences of gallbladdermovement, underelecrtroacupuncturing different acu-point and different time point within the needleretaining time were compared with. The study can be laid as the foundation for perfectingthe electroacupuncture therapy of chronic cholecystitis. Methods:30chronic cholecystitispatients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the two groupswere Yanglingquan and Yanglingquan matching with dannang point, according toB-ultrasonography measures the gallbladder volume immediately beforeelectroacupuncture and in60′on electroacupuncture, the gallbladder volume at differenttime points in two groups with ultrasonic scanning was recorded and carried on thestatistical analysis. Results:1. The gallbladder volume of Yanglingquan matching withdannang between after electroacupuncture to before electroacupuncture was no difference(P>0.05),the Yanglingquan was significant difference between after electroacupuncture20′to before acupuncture.2.the two group of acupoints were not obviously different(P>0.05)at various time points on the volume of gallbladder, the GBEF(gallbladder ejectionfraction), the gallbladder contraction rate afer electroacupuncture.3. There were noremarkable differences on the impact of the gallbladder volume at the same time pointduring two groups(P>0.05),and there were no differences of the interaction between thedifferent time point and different groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.there were positiveregulation effects of electroacupuncture onchronic cholecystitis patients and electro- acupuncture could promote chronic cholecystitis patient’s gallbladder’s diastolic andsystolic tension movement.2. Retaining needle in50′and twice a day were conducive to thetreatment of cholecystitis.3.The time-effec rule of electroacupunctures’effect in the twogroups has the same trend, and yinglingquan matching with dannang point is no obvioussynergistic effect.
