Clinical Research On Ankylosing Spondylitis In Remission Stage TCM Treatment Based On Theory Of Latent Toxins

Objective: In this study, by observing the clinical efficacy in long-term intermittenttaking specific TCM to prevent the recurrence of Ankylosing Spondylitis in remissionstage，And use the Chinese medicine theory to explore the mechanism of TCM inpreventing the recurrence of Ankylosing Spondylitis in remission.Methods: In this study,60cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis reach ASAS20efficacystandards were divided into2group randomly, whose were treated in the Rheumatology ofAffiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM by the outpatient or clinic fromSeptember2011to February2013.And group1was treated by specific Chinese herbal,Andgroup2was treated by the combination treatment of Aceclofenac Tablets and ThalidomideTablets. after30weeks, Node for the observation of the first12weeks,24weeks,36weeks,Observing the change from start to end in BASDAI, BASFI, night pain VAS score,PGA, laboratory indication and safety indicators，And record the recurrence time（Definedit as recurrence time when the treatment BASADI value increased by2points or2pointsthan BASADI value of the beginning），Analyzing the results to provides a theoretical basisfor the Chinese medicine treatment in the remission of Ankylosing Spondylitis.Results: by the end of the observation, The overall recurrence rate: group1is30%,group2is60.00%.the average time of recurrence：group1is19.1weeks,group2is14.8weeks, The differences between the two groups have statistical significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: It proves the correctness of the Volt detoxification theory, And thespecific Chinese herbal is more effective than the combination of Aceclofenac Tablets andThalidomide Tablets in the prevention of the recurrence of remission of Ankylosing Spondylitis patients, And the specific Chinese herbal is safety.
