ObjectiveTo realize the distinguish of rearing attitude among the premature、macrosomia and term infant aiming to put forward intervention suggestionsand promote growing up by analyzing the status quo of rearing attitude inchild health clinic.MethodProject questionnaire survey and gather410cases with child healthclinic from2012.06to2013.02. While we divide410cases into three groups,such as premature、macrosomia and term infant. The questionnaire includedemographic characteristic、getting along with time、fearing of growth anddevelopment、child care on a regular basis and family economic pressure.Results1.50.2%of families picked up infants after falling down;26.8%ofinfants didn’t take out-door activities often;44.9%of infants never sleptalone.2.22.9%of fathers got along with infants over4hours per day. However,there were significant different with mothers(P<0.05). 3.Premature families thought physique were significant different withmacrosomia families and term infants families (P<0.05), but there was nosignificant differences with term infants families within the caring of growthand development(P>0.05).4.The premature families economic pressure was higher thanmacrosomia families and term infants families(P<0.05).Conclusions1.This group of infants and children families tend to overprotection onrearing attitudes.2. The getting along time with fathers is significantly less than mothers.3. Premature and macrosomia families pay less attention to growth anddevelopment of infants.4. Premature families’economic burden is heavy.
