Objective: Adult proximal femur of part parameter is measured inChongqing area and carried on research analysis,which is conducive toimprove internal fixation for hip fracture design and provide help forartificial hip replacemen.Methods: Using vernier caliper to measure160cases of (left and right each80cases) entity adult femoral specimens of Chongqing region,which is consist offemoral head diameter, femoral head length, head-neck axis length, femoral neckminimum diameter in the cornal and horizontal plane of5related parameters.Using HaoChen CAD software to measure image data of Chongqing region ofadult femur (men and women each80cases), which is including proximalfemur of inside radian, proximal femur of lateral radian, angle betweenhead-neck axis and the proximal femur of ateral cortical.Results:(1)femoral head diameter(45.26±3.17) mm; femoral headlength(39.02±2.58) mm; head-neck axis length(93.23±5.43) mm; femoral neckminimum diameter in the cornal and horizontal plane (31.28±2.18) mm,(26.23±2.10) mm.(2)male proximal femur of inside radian(0.267±0.024)π; male proximal femur of lateral radian(0.219±0.019)π; male angle between head-neckaxis and the proximal femur of ateral cortical (130.92±2.31)°;(3) femaleproximal femur of inside radian (0.278±0.019)π;,female proximal femur oflateral radian(0.219±0.019) π; female angle between head-neck axis and theproximal femur of ateral cortical (130.68±2.02)°.Conclusion: Chongqing region of adult femoral femur part of the parameterprovides anatomical basis for local hip fracture internal fixation and designingimprovement, and improves the success rate of internal fixation implants.
