Objective: Analysis the relationship between hematogones andlymphoma in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Methods: We collected86bone marrow samples of lymphoma patients, detecting cell marks by flow cytometry. We analyzed the change ofhematogones in different diseases or in subtype of one disease. Groupswere divided according to cell lineage, disease stages, and treatmentcondition. Results: Compared with the number of hematogones in lymphomapreviously reported data, our result corresponds with them. However, thereis no obvious difference in B, T/NK linage. Hematogones percentage wasdecreased after treatment. Patients in III, IV stages, have a higherhematogones percentage than those in I and II stages.11patients exceed1%hematogones in all86samples.Conclusions:There is a hematogen percent increase between lymphomaand other hematological diseases. Hematogen number also increase whenpatients’ condition progressing. Treatment decreased the percent. It implythat maybe there is relations between hematogens and lymphoma in its nosogenesis, progression and treatment. Also the change of hematogennumber may reply the tumor load.
