| Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease,it deeply affects the life-timeand life-quality of the patients.Gastric bypass(GBP) can obviously improvethe control of the concentration of blood sugar in type2diabetics withmorbid oberity. At the meantime,GBP also can achieve the purpose ofkeeping long-time and obvious weight loosing.Although the mechanism inthe treatment of GBP in diabetics is not completely clear in recent years,ithas got some progresses in the control of blood sugar indiabetics.specially,in three aspects,including the rebuilding of digestivetract,neuroendocrine theory and bile acid.This article will review themechanim in the treatment of type2diabetes through GBP. |
