Clinical Research Of Ban Xia He Wei Decoction In Treating Functional Dyspepsia Associated With Sleep Disorders

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of Ban Xia He Wei Decotion in the treatment of functionaldyspepsia (FD) associated with sleep disorders,and in two aspects of theory and clinicalresearch to explore the advantage and clinical application value of this decoction in treatingFD associated with sleep disorders.Methods:60cases of FD associated with sleep disorders were randomly divided into twogroups.The observation group of30patients were treated with Ban Xia He Wei Decotion.Theother was the control group:30cases were treated with Deanxit.Periods of two of treatmentboth were four weeks.To observe changes of two groups in before and after treatment frompatients’symtoms, PSQI scores and the scoreof life quality,and assessing the curative effect.Results:1.Comparing with before treatment,the overall effect of two group in clinical symptom scorehave a significant difference (P <0.05), and the clinical observer group total effective ratewas higher than the control group (P <0.05).2.After the treatment, the contents of patients’ PSQI score of two groups compared withbefore treatment, there were significant differences (P <0.05).The observation groupcompared with control group,observation group’s quality of life was higher than the controlgroup significantly (P <0.05), and decreased PSQI scores also have significant difference (P<0.05).3.There were no obvious adverse reactions and significant toxicity during the treatment.Conclusion:Using Ban Xia He Wei Decotion treating FD with sleep disorders,it can significantlyimprove symptoms,including eliminating insomnia and gastrointestinal symptoms.Whichexcel remarkably the control group;And the decotion can improve the clinical cure rate of FDwith sleep disorders.Ban Xia He Wei Decotion can improve the patient’s evaluation score oflife quality and reduce PSQI scores.Two groups of treatment scheme has good security.
