Along with the rapid development of computer technology, biomechanical researchshows that more and more powerful potential, has become the hot spot in the field oforthopedic research. Femoral neck fracture is one of the common clinical fractures, due tothe particularity of its anatomical structure, is still a big medical problem. The research first successfully establishes a three-dimensional solid model of normaladult left femur. Then, based on the solid model to establish a three-dimensional finiteelement model of internal fixation of femoral neck fractures. Finally, we do finite elementanalysis with the normal femoral model and femoral neck fracture fixed model, get thestress, strain and displacement contours of each model. The results show that for femoralneck fractures, clinically used two or three cancellous bone lag screw internal fixationtreatment method both can achieve good results. Two cancellous bone lag screw internalfixation treatment method can reduce the destruction of femoral neck medullary cavitywhich the internal fixation caused, conducive to early reconstruction of the femoral headblood supply after fracture surgery, promote fracture healing. Each screw of threecancellous bone lag screw internal fixation treatment method form a triangulararrangement, has the geometrical invariability, the ability of anti-rotation is strong. Andthe del design makes the stress from the top of the femoral head concentrate on the calcarfemorale which is suitable for loading. Also the design is beneficial to fracture healing andprognosis. Both of these methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, theoperation need according to the specific condition of patient to choose the appropriatemethod. The research from a certain extent accurately establishes a three-dimensional finiteelement model of the internal fixation of femoral neck fracture, and do finite elementanalysis with each model, obtain their biomechanical properties. This research provide atheoretical basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the effect of femoral neck fracture surgery.
