Research On The Implementation Effect Of Community Health Services National Essential Medicines System

China’s national essential medicine system is the deepening of China’smedical and health system one of the five key content control medicine costincreases, reducing the burden of an important guarantee of the people see adoctor, is conducive to rectify the pharmaceutical production and supply securitysystem, to guide and standardize medical services, improve availability ofessential medicine and to promote the rational use of medicines, changing the"medicine dependent doctors" old mechanism and provide residents with a safe,and inexpensive medicine.This paper, through the research and analysis of the current situation of theessential medicine system at home and abroad, summarizes the selection ofessential medicine, the international pricing, procurement and distribution, theuse of good practice for our reference. At the same time, this paper elaborates the implementation of essential medicine system in Zhejiang Province, China;take the national essential medicine system in Zhejiang Province, the first batchof pilot area--Jiaxing Nanhu District as an example, mainly under thejurisdiction of the community health service institutions are discussed in detailsthe implementation of national essential medicine system. This paper alsosummarizes from the basic drugs and sex, promotion stage resulted in twoaspects of the rational use of medicine made in Nanhu District, analyzes suchproblems as the implementation of medicines shortage, medical personnel,community residents affected by the enthusiasm of the medication can not meetthe needs, financial compensation is not in place to implement. This paper alsodiscusses problems such how to improve the national essential medicine list onthe next stage, how to strengthen the understanding of the medical staff of theessential medicine policy, how to deal with the fiscal input on medicalinstitutions problems, how to change the internal allocation mechanism toinfluence doctors behavior, promote rational drug use and other suggestions,providing theoretical references for the adjustment of essential medicines systemChina and the comprehensive promotion, to ensure that the national system foressential medicines can go smoothly.
