Objective: Clear high-frequency ultrasound examination of the standardized approachnormal adult hip, ultrasound measurement parameters to obtain the structure of thecomponents of normal adult hip, hip explicit adult normal anatomy and sonographicfeatures associated lesions.Methods: Using high-frequency ultrasound examination was normal adult30cases (16males,14females) of60hip side of normal adult hip muscle, bone, nerves, blood vesselsand adjacent to analyze the relationship and get their normal sound Hologram; measure ofnormal adult piriformis deep square sciatic nerve, muscle inside the front pubic obturatornerve, posterior branch of the cross-sectional area and grouped according to gender, totake independent samples t-test was used for analysis, male and female group comparisonjudgment piriform muscle deep to the sciatic nerve, obturator nerve pubic muscle inside ofthe front, rear or without statistically significant differences between branchcross-sectional area; left and right side of the dark side comparison to determine piriformissciatic nerve, obturator nerve pubic muscle inside of the front, rear transverse branchwhether the statistically significant difference in the area; bilateral superior gluteal arteryon the piriformis hole, inferior gluteal artery hole and under the piriformis pudendal arteryluminal diameter of the hole under the piriformis, peak flow, resistance Index and otherparameters were calculated using statistical software number (x) and standard deviation(s), thereby obtaining superior gluteal artery on the piriformis hole, inferior gluteal arteryunder the piriformis hole and the internal pudendal artery inner diameter of the hole underthe piriformis, the peak velocity and resistance index of95%confidence interval (95%CI);described and recorded18cases of sonographic features associated lesions in the hip.Results: In the hip muscles, bones, nerves and blood vessels as anatomical landmarks,won a plurality of ultrasonic normal adult hip section detailed sonogram; comprehensivedescription of the front of the hip muscles, hip muscles and posterolateral hip muscleultrasound images Features; design and use of the " three-way scanning piriformis Law"piriformis piriformis quickly locate and get around the adjacent muscles, nerves, bloodvessels sonographic features; measure had normal adult60(bilateral) of the superiorgluteal artery internal diameter3.18±0.18mm (left) on the piriformis hole,3.11±0.16mm (right side); inferior gluteal artery out of hole diameter3.52±0.23mm (on theleft under the piriformis),3.49±0.21mm (right side); internal pudendal artery of theinner diameter of the hole under the piriformis were2.96±0.46mm (left side),2.54±0.54mm (right side); superior gluteal artery contraction of the piriformis the hole of peakspeed:0.45±0.07m/s, inferior gluteal artery under the piriformis hole peak systolicvelocity was0.40±0.07m/s, the piriformis next hole artery peak systolic velocity in theperineum0.48±0.08m/s; superior gluteal artery of the piriformis hole vascular resistanceindex:0.79±0.05, inferior gluteal artery blood flow hole under the piriformis resistanceindex was0.78±0.06, a pear internal pudendal artery like muscle vascular resistanceindex next hole was0.62±0.07; measured normal adult30cases (14males,16females)60side hip deep square piriformis sciatic nerve, muscle inside the front pubic obturatornerve, posterior branch cross-sectional area, statistical analysis: comparison between men and women, differences in their piriformis deep square cross-sectional area of the sciaticnerve was statistically significant (P <0.05), the inside of the front section of pubic muscleobturator nerve, posterior branch cross-sectional area the difference was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05); left and right sides (men and women) compared piriformis sciaticnerve segments, pubic muscle inside the front of the obturator nerve, posterior branchcross-sectional area of difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). This studydescribes and recorded18cases of hip disease sonographic features. These include:traumatic lesions, inflammatory lesions, tumor and tumor-like lesions.Conclusion:1、Acomprehensive description of normal adult hip ultrasound methods andfacets sonographic features to bones, muscles, blood vessels, nerves mutually signs, clearits ultrasound imaging spatial relationships, and the sound of each section anatomyHologram detailed annotations.2. Design and use of the "three-way scanning piriformisLaw" can accurately and quickly perform scanning for piriformis, while the piriformissurrounding bones, muscles, nerves, blood vessels sonographic features a detaileddescription of and had superior gluteal artery measured on the piriformis hole sectiontrunk, inferior gluteal artery trunk and the hole section of the internal pudendal arteryinfrapiriform vessel diameter hole section of the trunk, peak velocity, resistance indexand other parameters under the piriformis.3. System described piriformis deep squaresciatic nerve, obturator nerve inside the front pubic muscle, posterior branch of thesonographic features, and measure the cross-sectional area of the premises.
