Objective:Accordingtoearly non traumaticavascularnecrosisofthefemoralhead (nontraumaticOsteonecrosis of the Femoral Head, NONFH)body constitution types of traditional Chinesemedicine,we found that Chinese medicine blood stasis is one of the high incidence ofNONFH type of constitution,this research through the detection ofblood stasis in patients withNONFH ApoA1,PAF-AH G994T and NOS1gene polymorphisms,TCM Blood Stasisconstitutionandnon traumaticavascularnecrosis of the femoral head (NONFH) correlation, andprovidenewideasand theoretical basis for theuse of Chinese medicine regulating body physicalidentification ofthe intervention of NONFH.Methods:In2012October-2013year in October,the Department of orthopedics in out-patientand in-patient department were diagnosed as NONFH patients to carry on the questionnairesurvey and blood samples were collected from the blood stasis constitution in Chinesemedicine, NONFH blood samples of32patients with non blood stasis,blood samples from61patientswith NONFH ascasegroup,atthesametime collecting non bloodrelationship blood samples from83healthy volunteers cases as the control group, the investigation was informedconsent.All the survey,collected according to uniform design research report item by itemquestion nnaire.Detection of blood stasis in NONFH,NONFH and non blood stasis in thecontrol group,ApoA1,PAF-AH G994T and NOS1gene poly morphism, the statisticalresults, the data of the three groups were two,and the data were statistically analyzed usingSPSS18.0software.Results:1.ApoA1-75G>A gene AA genotype and A allele may be one of the risk factors ofNONFH.The A allele may be one of the risk factors of non blood stasis pathogenesis ofNONFH.2.PAF-AH G994T gene GT genotype and T allele may be one of the risk factors of bloodstasis in NONFH.3.NOS1rs9658282gene TT genotype may be one of the risk factors ofNONFH. NOS1rs9658282gene TT genotype may be one of the risk factors ofbloodstasis in NONFHConclusion:1.ApoA1gene-75G>A mutation may be the molecular mechanism of pathogenesis of NONFH of non blood stasis2.PAF-AH gene G994T mutation may be the molecular mechanism of blood stasisin theNONFH one3.NOS1gene rs9658282mutation may be the molecular mechanism of blood stasis in theNONFH one...
