The pilots in the plane enclosed in the three-dimensional space, going acrossseveral time zones, areas of different weather conditions, are likely to encounter thecondition of high altitude hypoxia, which puts forward higher requirements for thepilots not only solid driving skills, but also higher body quality, especially for the pilotstability of vestibular function than other professions. Therefore, how to improve theflying cadets’ stability of vestibular function by training has become an important taskto be solved. In order to improve their ability to resist stun and the ability of spatial orientationand enhance their training proportion, by using the literature material method, expertinterview, mathematical statistics and experimental method, in this essay the writeradopts different methods and approaches in practice to perform different frequencystimulation exercise intervention on flying cadets’ vestibular organs, and tries toexplore the effective ways to improve the stability of flying cadets vestibular function.we have the following conclusions:1,Experimental group a (adopting the exercise of increasing the number of startingand braking with fixed roller) through the experiment of8weeks, the comparisongroup showed that the stability of the vestibular function before and after theexperiment and swivel chair test indexes improvement have significant differences. Itshows that the exercise intervention scheme can improve the stability of flying cadets’vestibular function.2,Experimental group b (adopting the exercise of shaking their heads and sitting onballs) through seven days of the experiment, the comparison group showed that thestability of the vestibular function before and after the experiment and swivel chairtest indexes improvement have significant differences. It shows that the exerciseintervention scheme can effectively improve the stability of flying cadets’ vestibularfunction.3,Control group (through regular sports teaching practice) According to the group comparison, although individual flying cadets’ test scores have improved, there is nosignificant difference between test indexes of the plant nerve function response andsomatic motor response before and after the experiment result. It showed the result isnot obvious through regular sports teaching to improve the level of stability of thevestibular function.4,All the data of experimental group b shows that the appropriate stimulation in ashort period of time can improve the stability of the vestibular function of flyingcadets.
