Clinical Research Of Zhongfeng Guiling Xifeng Capsule On Acute Cerebral Infarction Yin Asthenia Causing Wind Type To The Impact On Serum IGF-1Level

Objective: To observe the Zhongfeng Guiling Xifeng capsule on Acute CerebralInfarction (ACI) yin asthenia causing wind type the clinical curative effect of thepatients and the influence of Insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)level, in order toinvestigate " Yuk Yin and Yang, Xifeng Tongluo " method in the treatment of acutecerebral infarction mechanism of action, for it provides the theory basis for clinicalapplication.Method: According to the established criteria, in the hospitalized patients with ACI inthe First Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicineencephalopathy District from January2011to December2011, the randomizedcontrolled,60examples of yin asthenia causing wind type patients into ZhongfengGuiling Xifeng capsule conventional medicine and western medicine treatment group30cases (treatment group) and western medicine conventional medicine30cases (control group) respectively in the time point of within24h,7thd,14thd, themorning acquisition hollow venous blood2ml, the use of Enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay(ELISA) to determine the above three time points serum IGF-1level, and clinical observation of patients with the TCM syndrome integral and theNational Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) at the same time, and useSPSS19.0make a statistical analysis of the data.Results:①Both TCM(Information Process for Traditional Chinese Medicine)syndrome curative effect evaluation of the total effective rate and TCM syndromeintegral of the treatment group were superior to the control group, the two groupshave significant difference (P﹤0.05).②The treatment group patients in7thd (79.37±12.30ng/ml), and14thd (114.63±14.08ng/ml), were both higher than those in thecontrol group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); There is no significant differen- ce between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).③In treatment group of28thdand14thd set comparison between, NIHSS are lower than those of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05), and the comparison of group within24h andgroup7thd’s NIHSS, no significant difference (P>0.05).④Two groups of the within24h,7thd,14thd serum IGF-1level and NIHSS integral have negative correlation (r<0,P<0.05), with a statistical significance.⑤Safety observation: all patients had noadverse reactions. Before and after treatment, three conventional, liver and kidneyfunction, ECG didn’t have any abnormal change.Conclusion:①The Zhongfeng Guiling Xifeng capsule in the treatment of patientswith yin asthenia causing wind type on ACI can improve clinical symptoms, andstimulate nerve functional recovery, which are better than single western medicinetreatment, with good safety and effectiveness.②The experimental results showthat: the Zhongfeng Guiling Xifeng capsule can increase serum IGF-1level, and playneural protection.
