Utility Of A PARP-1Inhibitor（PI-34） Combine With¹³¹I For Thyroid Cancer Therapy

bstract Objective To investigate the influence of I-131combine with parp-1inhibitor (PJ-34) on the proliferation and apoptosis of BCPAP cells.Methods The BCPAP cells were routinely cultured,CCK-8was used to analyze cellproliferation, apoptosis was assessed by flow cytometry, the expression of Bcl-2andBax was detected by using Western blot.Results The I-131and PJ-34both suppressed the BCPAP CELLS correlated with theconcentration, and I-131combine with PJ-34could suppress the proliferationstronger than I-131does. I-131combine with PJ-34also have high apoptosis ratethan I-131does by flow cytometry, the western-blot illustrate that the expression ofBax increased and the expression of Bcl-2decreased with PJ-34exaltation in BCPAPcells of I-131.Conclusion I-131combine with PJ-34have better suppression and strongerapoptosis of BCPAP cells than only I-131does.our study provided a preliminaryevidence by using I-131combination with PJ-34for thyroid cancer threatment.
