Sleeping is of great significance for the human body. Medical studies suggest thatpeople will pay great health costs for the low quality of sleeping, and sleep disorders willincrease the chance of suffering from high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes and otherdiseases, that is a major worry for health. However, with the accelerated pace of life, theincrease in work pressure, lack of physical activity or other reasons, the insomniapopulation ratio has increased year by year. For some patients with sleep apnea-hypopneasyndrome groups, even in the sleep state, will also suffer from the phenomenon of apnea.A long-term sleep apnea will cause cardiovascular, kidney damage,etc, and even makepeople die suddenly during sleep.The purpose of this study is to develop a device of a closed-loop system, the functionsof the device can be divided into two: one for insomnia groups, and strive to achieve theeffect of the sleep aid; the other for people suffering from sleeping apnea syndromegroups,when apnea occurs the device takes certain measures to alleviate the damage caused byapnea on the human body.The program of the device is to achieve the acquisition of physiological parameterswhen people are sleeping, including breathing, blood oxygen,and pulse without affectinghuman sleeping. for the insomnia group, the device feedback to the human body in theform of Visual (LED flashing frequency) and hearing (the speed of the music player andthe reported number), so that the human can understand their physiological conditions toregulate their own state active, and achieve the purpose of the assistance of human sleep.For the groups suffering from apnea syndrome, when the phenomenon apnea occurs, theoxygen tank will be opened by the electronic switch to supply oxygen for the body, so theapnea harm to the human body can be reduced. In the detection process, the device willautomatically record the breathing, blood oxygen, pulse parameters for later analysis anddiagnosis. The experiments show that this device can accurately detect the body’s breathing,pulse and blood oxygen parameters, and complete control of each module, so as to achievethe above parameters in the human body detection, record and feedback to the humanbody in some form, to interfere the human body.
