Objective: Effect of impulse flusher application effect on postoperative complicationsin artificial hip joint replacement. Hip replacement if the occurrence of fat embolismwill endanger life, pulse irrigator is effective to prevent the complications, is the focusof this research.Method: Since2011April to2012October in the center of Tongji HospitalDepartment of orthopedics joint replacement in patients with hip replacementoperation in72cases, including19cases of male patients,53female patients,randomly selected joint replacement operation in36patients using pulse irrigator wasused as experimental group;36patients with ordinary washing method as controlgroup. On two groups of patients were recorded and compared in fat embolism anddeep vein thrombosis, wound healing, postoperative7days in patients with fever,postoperative X-ray observation and prosthesis loosening rate relationship wasobserved.Results:72patients were included, fat embolism and deep vein thrombosis comparedthe incidence: the experimental group of36patients, were not found in fat embolismand deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity; in36patients in the control group,1cases of deep vein thrombosis were found, no fat embolism.Wound healing after the surgery. Experimental group:36patients with postoperativewound healing,36cases of grade a wound, wound healing rate was100%; controlgroup,34cases of grade a wound, wound healing rate was94.44%, showed that theexperimental group compared with control group, the wound healing.Patients with fever within7days after the operation: the experimental group occurredin1cases of patients with fever in36patients;3cases of fever patients in controlgroup of36patients. The experimental group than in control group after7days of heating is better.In72patients after2weeks, in March, June,1years and1.5years of X-ray afteroperation to observe prosthesis is loose, the experimental group of36cases of Xexamination in patients with postoperative prosthesis position, normal, the bonebonding interface is good, no loosening and sinking,2cases of the control group; Xray manifestations of femoral bone cement and bone marrow cavity wall gapincreased,1cases were found after one year, the other1cases were found in the1.5years after operation.Conclusion: In the hip joint replacement operation, application of pulse irrigator candeep venous thrombosis effectively prevent postoperative and fat embolism, reducethe occurrence of loosening of the prosthesis after operation, conducive to woundhealing, prevent nonunion of postoperative fever, postoperative complications such aswound infection after operation, good for postoperative early functional exercise ofscience. Have certain effect on prevention of postoperative complications in jointreplacement operation, has the value of pulse irrigator for further research andextension.
