| Objective This research aimed to investigate the changes of the serumpro-calcitonin,interleukin6,C reactive protein in the children with acute pneumonia andthe relations with the three indexes. Methods This study included91acute pneumoniapatients and the control group included30healthy children.Extraction of venous blood4ml and observed the serum PCT,IL-6,CRP of the two groups. Results (1)The level ofPCT,IL-6,CRP in the acute pneumonia was higher than the control group. There wassignificant difference between the acute pneumonia group and controlgroup(P<0.05).(2)Correlation analysis: The serum PCT and CRP were significantlypositive related in the pneumonia group (r=0.521,p=0);the PCT and IL-6showed a weakpositive related in the pneumonia group(r=0.339p=0);the IL-6and CRP were positiverelated in the pneumonia group(r=0.679,p=0);the serum PCT,IL-6,CRP showed nocorrelation between any two in the control group. Conclusions (1)The serumPCT,IL-6,CRP levels were increased in the pneumonia group than the controlgroup.(2)There is a certain degree of positive correlation between PCT,IL-6,CRP.Thethree participated in the pathological of pedatric pneumonia.Combined detection theserum PCT,IL-6,CRP varying levels,it’s important for clinicians to treat and monitor thechildren with acute pneumonia. |
