Objective Comparative Research plaques of coronary artery stenosis accuracy betweenlow dose multi-slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT) coronary artery angiography(CTCA) and digital subtraction angiography(DSA) coronary angiography. Methods:108cases of the low dose MSCT coronary angiography with prospectively ECG-gated mode, andthe DSA coronary angiography data within two weeks were retrospectively analyzed. Using avariety of post-processing function reconstruction coronary artery, all coronary segments(score <4)(diameter quartile2mm) were compared with DSA as a gold standard.Results:Of108cases, the average radiation dose for(3.34±1.46) mSv,1510segments detectioncoronary artery stenosis (stenosis≥50%) accuracy is89.7%, low dose MSCT diagnosis ofcoronary artery stenosis sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negativepredictive value is:89.7%,98.5%,86.7%,98.9%,respectively. Conclusion: the CTCA withprospectively ECG-gated mode is the most effective method of evaluation of coronary arterydisease with lower the radiation dose, and is to provide the excellent image of the mostpatients with lower and stable heart rate, diagnostic accuracy and negative predictive value isthe most important basis for diagnosing the coronary artery stenosis. CTCA,as a noninvasiveand low cost imaging for diagnosing coronary heart disease, is the best method of screening.
