Occupational Health Status Survey Of Industrial Enterprises In Jinhua City

ObjectiveGrasp the major occupational hazards of industrial enterprises and workers to access harm in Jinhua City, comparative analysis of different sizes, different industries, different types of economic and counties enterprise occupational health service differentiation,master occupational health management status and Jinhua occupational diseases,make reasonable and effective occupational health management recommendations.MethodThe industrial enterprises in order to January1st2011-as a registered cut-off the date of Jinhua City for the investigation of object, stratified random sampling method to select1072industrial enterprises,55enterprises occupation health administrator questionnaire to survey, The collected data were entered to Epidata version3.1to establish the original data source. Data were analyzed through SPSS software version13.0.ResultsNon-public-owned small and medium-sized enterprises are the main types of industrial enterprises in Jinhua. The city’s main occupational hazards of dust, benzene/methylbenzene/dimethylbenzene and noise. Proportion of workers exposed to occupational hazards average12.67%,which are different in firm size, type of economy, industry, gender and county area. Occupational hazards positions measured rate of49.59%, with a pass rate of80.51%,Occupational hazards positions measured rate and monitoring pass rate between enterprises of different size, economic type there is a significant difference (P<0.05). Occupational health examination rate is lower. There was significant difference (P<0.05) among pre-service, in-job and off-the-job physical examination. Jinhua occupational health services with limited resources.17.24%of the enterprises to carry out pre-evaluation of occupational hazards,35.20%of the enterprises set occupational health management institutions, In different culture degree, occupation health administrator occupation health knowledge rate differences.The main occupational diseases is pneumoconiosis in Jinhua City, the incidence is concentrated in the1960s and1970s.ConclusionJinhua occupational health prevention work should focus on small and medium enterprises which have dusts and chemical toxins.The enterprise occupation health management system establishment and implementation rate is low,the basic occupation health service is not fully implemented.Jinhua occupational health service capacity is insufficient.
