Objective: To investige the level and characteristics of inpatients with subjecctive well-being and socialsupport after coronary artery bypass grafting, analysis the relationship and effect factors between therelated factors; To discuss the related interaction between patients with subjecctive well-being and socialsupport after coronary artery bypass grafting,to provide a theoretical basis for improve the groups insubjecctive well-being.Methods:1.Object of study:100cases of inpatients after coronary artery bypass grafting.2.Research tools:General questionnaire and related questionnaire, including demographic data, related previous data ofcoronary artery bypass grafting, subjective well-being scale(SWB), social support rating scale (SSRS).3.Implementation process: selected the inpatients after coronary artery bypass grafting who met theinclusion criteria, evaluted general information,SWB and SSRS postoperative within one week, allevaluation were carried out by specialized persons4.Statistical analysis: entryed datebase by Epdate3.0,statistical analysis by SPSS15.0software. t test, single factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlationanalysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis were used to analysize data, P<0.05.Results:1. mean subjective well-being score of inpatients after coronary artery bypass grafting was82.36±11.80, at the mid to upper lever. There were significant differences in patients’s age, localtion, familyrelationship, family income, type of medical insurance.2. mean social support score of inpatients aftercoronary artery bypass grafting was39.96±5.94, at the middle lever, but significantly higher than thenational norm (P<0.01).3.the results of correction analysis between patients with subjecctive well-beingand social support after coronary artery bypass grafting were: total score of social support and lifesatisfaction was significant positive correlation (r=0.321,P<0.05), subjective support and life satisfactionwas significant positive correlation (r=0.334, P<0.05). The correlation betweem subjective well-beingand social support of male,54~64years old and out of occupation are positive correlation(P<0.05).Conclusions: Social support have a positive correlation to subjective well-being of inpatients aftercoronary artery bypass grafting.In this study, to improve level of subjective well-being, promote a speedyrecovery, and improve the quality of life of inpatients after coronary artery bypass grafting, we provide atheoretical basis.
