The total effective rate respectively is91.67%and78.3%, significantly higher than the control group, the difference of thetwo groups is statistically significant. There are no adverse drug reactions during andafter treatment in the two groups. Conclusion: Both itopride hydrochloride and domperidone have good clinical curativeeffect in the clinical treatment of FD, and itopride hydrochloride is a new safetyefficacious drug for treating functional dyspepsia. It is popularized in the treatment ofFD patients for significant clinical effect and lower recurrence rate.
