Nitrogen compounds with broad-spectrum bioactivities have useful applications in pharmaceutical and agrochemical areas. The thesis mainly studies the synthesis of nitrogen compounds with PhI(OAc)2and ion-supported PhI(OAc)2.The thesis consists of three parts. In part one, we firstly outlined the pharmacological activities and the synthesis of tetrazoles. Secondly, the application of N-acetylureas in pharmaceutical and agrochemical areas and their recent synthetic progress were presented. In part two, we proposed a novel and environmentally friendly procedure for the synthesis of tetrazoles from1,3-disubstituted selenoureas with sodium azide and PhI(OAc)2instead of toxic metal-salt. In part three, we described a mild, efficient and environmentally friendly reaction of1,3-disubstituted selenoureas with a recyclable ion-supported hypervalent iodine(III) reagent producing regioselectively N-acetylureas. A possible mechanism for the formation of1,3-disubstituted selenoureas was proposed. |
