Objective：For the past few years，the bacteria in the infected root canals of plantingand biological film formation has been a lot of research confirmed.The same strain ofbiofilm bacteria and planktonic bacteria growth not only has different characteristics.Andin biological membrane condition is not a kind of bacteria genera of the bacteria in aseparate to play a role,but all kinds of bacteria is the function of the bacteria between theresult of joint action.On the other hand, the bacteria in biological membrane matrix slowgrowth.The matrix of low permeability can hinder the outside material into these functionscan maintain the survival of the bacteria,also can strengthen the defensive ability ofbacteria, also can make the original for some antibiotics sensitive bacteria becomeresistant strain.And against the body’s immunity and liquid scour, make its in root canaltreatment process cannot be conventional chemical and mechanical method to eliminatethe root canal preparation, become the source of many chronic persistent infection.Basedon xinjiang region infected root canals bacteria, pathogenic bacteria distribution thenationalityof Han and Uygur,or race, the relationship between the population, this studybacteria and different nationalities, the chronic apical weeks the correlation of disease andbacteria may lay the foundation of pathogenic mechanism. To clarify root weeks diseaseetiology and clinical root canal treatment of infection control to provide theevidence.Methods：We choosed since May2012-July xinjiang medical university firstaffiliated hospital teeth pulp section29cases of clinical diagnosis of chronic apicalperiarthritis of clinic patients, microbiological culture for bacteria and root canal bacteria16SrRNA detection.Results：All of these bacterial genus,11cases of han nationality in thesample cases mainly bacterial genus,which are Thermoanaerobacterium bacterial genus、Eubacterium bacterial genus、Heliobacterium bacterial genus、Streptomyces bacterialgenus、Acetobacterium bacterial genus and Solitalea bacterial genus.And in case samples were not found in Uygur. And in10cases were mainly in case samples detection of largeamount of Exiguobacterium bacterial genus and Oceanobacillus bacterial genus.And in thehan nationality cases samples were found.Conclusions：In clinical specimens detection,xinjiang region Uygur and han in chronic apical periarthritis of different pathogens, thispaper further discusses the differences between the han nationality Uygur laid theexperimental basis.
