| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of gonadotropin releasing hormoneagonist(GnRHa) in treatment of recurrence of uterine myomas after laparoscopicmyomectomy. Methods:64cases diagnosed as uterine myomas definitely afterlaparoscopic myomectomy were selected and divided into control group and observationgroup,32cases in observation group received injections of GnRHa every28days for6months after laparoscopic myomectomy,32cases in control group did not receivedadjuvant therapy. After24months of follow-up myoma recurrence rate, pregnancy rate,uterine volume, hemoglobin, the condicion of menstrual, side reaction in the two groupswere compared. Results: The recurrence rate of the two group was6.25%,28.1%(P﹤0.05) respectively, pregnancy rate of the two group was50%,60%(P﹥0.05), the uterinevolume and hemoglobin were interaction F=168.249, P﹤0.001; F=60.521, P﹤0.001. Themenstrual blood volume by PBAC were(16.37±2.06),(39.2±12.3)(P﹤0.001) thedifference was significantly. Conclusion: Laparoscopic myomectomy combined withGnRHa is effective, which may reduce the recurrence rate of uterine myomas, the uterinevolume and improve correlated symptom such as menorrhagia and so on. |
