Objective: By researching major factors of perioperative Cardiopulmonary complicationsin Senile Lung Cancer, the paper aims at providing scientific basis for the prediction andtreatment of perioperative Cardiopulmonary complications in Senile Lung Cancer. Methods: According to the retrospective study collected clinical data of194cases aboutsurgical treatment of elderly lung cancer patients (≥60years of age). Through test ofunivariate2and logistic regression analysis on multivariate factors for perioperativeCardiopulmonary complications, the paper has investigated related risk factors forperioperative cardiopulmonary complications and assessed relationship betweenperioperative cardiopulmonary complications and other common risk factors. Results:Among194elderly lung cancer patients, the postoperative cardiopulmonary complicationsoccurred in110cases with a complication rate of56.7%, of which three people were killed. The study collects and analyzes15potentially relevant factors in preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative periods.1. Patients characterized with preoperative Mergercardioverter disorder, pneumonectomy, operative time over3hours, blood loss above500ml and postoperative lung infection, pleural effusion, and pneumothorax are more likelyget perioprative cardiac complications. Regression analysis showed that preoperativeMerger cardioverter disorder, pneumonectomy, operative time over3hours, blood lossabove500ml and postoperative lung infection, pleural effusion, and pneumothorax arealso risk factors for perioperative cardiac complications in senile lung cancer (P <0.05).2.The results shows: for patients who is over70years old, Smoking index>400, werefound preoperative emphysema with FEV1(one second forced expiratory volume)<1.5L,and expericenced pneumonectomy in thoracotomy way over3hour’s surgery time, therate of postoperative arrhythmia and perioperative pulmonary complications is rather high;regression analysis indicated that age over70, the preoperative emphysema, FEV1(onesecond forced expiratory volume)<1.5L, thoracotomy, pneumonectomy and postoperativecardiac rhythm disorders are risk factors of perioperative pulmonary complications inelderly lung cancer (P <0.05). Conclusions: A comprehensive assessment of the risk factors for senile lung cancer patients before surgery, can help predict patients’ preliminarycardiovascular and respiratory complications, and is of great significance to perioperativetreatment of senile lung cancer.
