Objective: To study the clinical significance of six kinds of serum tumor markerscombined detection in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods: using electrochemicalluminescence method to detect the serum level of six kinds of tumor markers.Results:1.CYFRA21-1, CAl25, CEA, SCC serum levels in lung cancer group and the control group, small cell lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer, squamous carcinoma andadenocarcinoma were statistically significant (P<0.05). NSE, Pro-GRP serum levels inlung cancer group and the control group, small cell lung cancer and non-small cell lungcancer both have statistical significance (P<0.05), but in squamous carcinoma andadenocarcinoma has no obvious statistical significance (P>0.05).2. The Pro-GRP andNSE have higher positive rate in small cell carcinoma. CYFRA21-1and SCC have higherpositive rate in squamous cell carcinomas. CEA and CA125have higher positive rate inadenocarcinoma. The CA125, CEA, NSE, CYFRA21-1, Pro–GRP and SCC positive ratein patients’ gender, age, smoking history have no obvious relation (P>0.05).3. The ROCresults illustrates that Pro-GRP, SCC and NSE have better diagnostic value in small celllung cancer. The ROC results illustrates that SCC, CA125and CYFRA21-1have betterdiagnostic value in non-small cell lung cancer.4. In joint detection, NSE+Pro–GRP haspreference in small cell lung cancer; In squamous cell carcinomas, preferred CYFRA21-1+SCC+CEA+CA125; SCC+CEA+CA125has preference in adenocarcinoma. Conclusion:In joint detection, small cell lung cancer, squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma selectrespectively NSE+Pro-GRP, CYFRA21-1+SCC+CA125+CEA, SCC+CEA+CA125.
