Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of fibrinogen(Fib),lipoprotein (a)(LP(a)),and D-dimer (D-D)levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:82case of ACS patients as case group and divided into two subgroups, including unstable angina (UA)42of patients, acute myocardial infarction (AMI)40ofpatients,as well as34controls.Determination of the Fg, LP (a) and plasma DD levelsamong the three groups using one-way ANOVA analysis and three classificationMultivariate Logistic,Comparison of Fg,LP (a) and plasma D-D levelin in two groups ofACS with vascular lesion. Results: The patients with UA and AMI were compared withthe control group respectively, the Fib, LP(a), and D-D levels were increased, the Fib,LP(a), and D-D levels were statistically difference (P<0.05) by one-way ANOVA andthree classification Multivariate Logistic Analysis, the patients with AMI, compared withthe UA group, the Fib, LP(a), and D-D levels were statistically different (P<0.05) byone-way ANOVA analysis, but the Fib, LP(a), and D-D levels levels were not statisticallydifferent(P>0.05) by three classification Multivariate Logistic analysis. two subgroupsCompare in single, double, and triple-vessel disease, the Fib, LP(a), and D-D levelsshowed an rising trend, compared with UA group, AMI group in a single vessel, double,triple-vessel disease, Fib levels were statistically difference (P<0.05), LP(a), and D-Dwere not statistically difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: The patients with ACS andCoronary artery disease, the Fib, LP(a), and D-D levels were increased, the ill serious, thesignificantly rising more obvious.Fg, Lp (a), DD level and the number of coronary lesionswas significantly related, can be used as a reference indicator of the severity of coronarylesions. Combined detection of patients with coronary heart disease Fg, Lp (a), DD levelsmay help predict the occurrence of CHD lesion severity, as well as to understand thedisease stability may have significance for the prognosis and treatment of patients.
